We had a professional photographer at our house and within less than a week, we had offers over our asking price.David truly understands how to sell houses. I don't even have all the words to express how happy I am with the experience we had with David Alvarez and The Mark McGuire Group. Hands down I will never go to any other realtor EVER. I recommend him and them whenever I can. From start to finish David was there for us, went through countless houses in numerous neighborhoods inspecting the home inside and out to make sure we knew EXACTLY what we were getting ourselves into. From the 'bones' and the 'guts' to the floors, foundation, and appliances. He was tallying up repairs and things to be mindful of down the road and walking us away from some nightmares. We closed recently and are in our home with no surprises and completely satisfied. He was knowledgeable and realistic about the insanity of the market and what to expect. We were never left in the dark about anything at all. As far as buying a home I never imagined it would be this crazy or that David would make the whole process as awesome and as 'easy' as it could be. 10/10 would recommend and will DEFINITELY use him again.
